He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Harper and Freeda Harper (Beaver); his granddaughter Megan Harper; and his siblings, Johnny Harper and Martha Sprouts.
He is survived by: his sons, David Harper (Ok) of Daegu and Lance Harper (Alison) of Altadena, CA; his grandson Evan Harper; his brother Ken Harper; and his wife Bonnie Harper.
