He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee; his sister Lesa; his nephew Bradley; and his great-nephew Korbyn. He is survived by: his mother Delores Jean Casler Hensley; his wife Vickie Ranae Stapp; his brothers, Rodney (Florence) and Ricky; his son Whitney Surratt (Brandon); his grandchildren, Bentley, Gus, Lionel, Bryan Hensley (Madeline), Chad Kautz, Morgan Daniels (Billy), Casey Hensley, Vanessa and Brooke Stapp; his daughters, Amy Wilks (Toombs), Brandy Trout (Toombs) and Kimberly Basler (Littlejohn); and also Shannon Hensley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
