She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Lee and Edith Marie Reed (Williams); her children, Susie Clay and Laddie Boothby; and her grandchildren, Rusty Harkins and Brock Harkins.
She is survived by: her husband D. C. Boothby; her children, Ricky Harkins (Carmen) of Chandler, Vicky Porter (Bill) of Spearman, Randy Harkins (Teresa) of Chandler, Rodney Harkins (Machell) of Guymon, Rhonda Hildebrand (Kent) of Midwest City and Janie Trammell (Clif) of Texhoma, Oklahoma; and her brother Delbert Reed (Bea) of California. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
