He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Calvin Boothby, Sr. and Susie Pearl Boothby (Sweet); his children, Susie Clay (Dave Cann) of Cedar Hill, TX and Laddie Boothby (Myra) of Canyon, TX; his wife Delta; his brothers, Ray, Frank and Richard; his grandchildren, Megan Sue Trammell, Rusty and Brock Harkins; and his great grandchildren, Derrek Hager and Baird Clifton Trammell.
He is survived by: his former spouse Jewell Holt; his daughter Janie Trammell (Clif) of Texhoma, OK; his grandchildren, Sara Clay (D. J. DeBusman), Mitch Trammell (Valerie), Brent Trammell (Emily), Bethany Hager (Terrence), Heath Boothby (Samantha), Jeremy Boothby (Maricruz), Heather Hall (Kyle) and Adam Boothby; his great grandchildren, Parker, Morgan, Carter, Evelyn, Marcus, Quinn, Burke, Stevie, Michaela, Adam-Abel, Emma and Vos; his children, Rick Harkins (Carmen) of Chandler, OK, Vicky Porter (Bill) of Spearman, TX, Randy Harkins (Teresa) of Chandler, OK, Rhonda Hildebrand (Kent) of Midwest City, OK and Rodney Harkins (Machelle) of Guymon; and his sister-in-law Loveda Boothby of Norman, OK.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
