We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2022, at the age of 99, Billie Genelle Rannals of Texhoma, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Leeper and Gladys Leeper; her daughters-in-law, Peggy and Karlena; her grandchildren, Danny, Mike (Michelle), Jason (Jill) and Tracey; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Grant, Nathan, Jack and Stephen.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the New Dawn Pet Adoption Center in Deer Park, Texas.
