He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Smith and Betty Helen Smith (Sutherland); his wife Catherine Smith; and his sister Rhonda Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Alecia Smith-Jones of Owasso and Tiffany Southard (Uriah) of Sand Springs; his stepsons, Matt Miller (Amanda) of Sand Springs, Adam Miller (Kendall) of Tulsa, Justin Miller (Lauren) of Bartlesville and Andrew Miller of Glenpool; and his siblings, Kathy Williams (Ron) of Sand Springs, Sherrie Smith of Siesta Key and Tommy Livingston of Sapulpa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
