He was predeceased by: his parents, Orphia Green and Florence Lebow; his daughter Latina Harrod; his granddaughter Amy Franklin (Henry); and his siblings, Bobby Green, Dale Green, Freddie Green, Ira Green, Danny Green and Millie Sue Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie McRaven; his children, Wanda Henry (Eurie), Jonella Graham (Roger), Brenda Daggs (Walter) and Jimmie Green (Regina); his son-in-law Jon Harrod; and his sister Elizabeth Lee (Mary Winburn). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
