She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Earl and Freda Leota Head (Burnett); and her brothers, Dennis and Donald Head. She is survived by: her former spouse Thomas L. Crook; her children, Edward Crook, William Crook and Clarissa Gallo; her grandchildren, Courtney Crook (Seth), Joshua Gallo and Nicholas Gallo; her sister-in-law Emma Jo Head; and her great grandchild Lewyn Wilbur. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
