The young family lived at Thalia, TX and soon settled south of Temple near Cache Creek in February 1980 where Will really began to live the farm life, along with his younger sibling Georgeann who was his righthand helper. Their lives revolved around trucks, combines all heavy equipment relating to farm animals, cattle, building, fences, wheat harvest: driving, planting, hauling wheat many loads of wheat and all the many summers enjoyed and spent outdoors laboring mainly with dad, Richard and grandparents, James & Mildred Hardin, Uncle BIG Troy & others at the chicken ranch location west of Temple, OK. Through his exposure on the farm Will thrived in the area of mechanics and able to operate any piece of heavy equipment as he was an expert at all things agriculture.

Will bought a farm west of Temple as a young adult where he made his home and engaged in farming. He transferred to ODOT in Duncan, OK on August 1, 2005 working his way to Fleet Specialist 4. All the while he continued farming and operating his dozer business, building ponds, terraces and pads for area farmers.

On October 21, 2004 he married Laura Beth Kearby in Eureka Spring, AR. They were blessed with a beautiful son, Troy Hardin born December 1, 2005 in a Lawton Hospital. Will cared & provided for him as a very proud loving father as Troy developed into a young man.

Will was a Christian and member of Union Valley Baptist Church. He was a people person and along with farming was able to cook and also enjoyed fishing and shooting skeet with friends to name a few hobbies.

He was preceded in death by his Epp and Hardin grandparents.
