He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Crow; his mother Billie Crow (Doughty); his sisters, Dee, Dian and Sandy; his grandson-in-law Donald Coleman; his son-in-law Ronnie Blea (Angel Coleman); his nephew Jerry Shaffer; and his daughter-in-law Sylvia.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Crow (Karen), Roger Crow (Robin) and Angela Blea; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Baylor, Brandon, Destiny, Stayica, Paul, Dylan, Jeffrey Jr. and Cordell; his great grandchildren, Caydance, Donald, Paisley, Connor, Lilly, Jake, Lincoln and Charlotte; his brother Mike Crow; and his nephews, Jessie and Chris.
