He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Stapp and Flois Stapp (Avens); his daughters, Jeanne Stapp and Kathy Tolliver; and his siblings, Herbert Stapp, Billy Stapp, Jean Smith, Dorothy Craig, Betty Posada and Kenneth Stappand Tommy Stapp.
He is survived by: his spouse Cloris Ann; his children, Loretta Stapp and Shane Stapp; his sisters, Sarah Miller and Elsie Melius; his grandchildren, Dustan Stapp, Logan McNitt, Meagan Welden, Emilee Welden, Jonathon Tolliver, Monique Hodge, Akeen Birdow and Shelbie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Lane Stapp, Oliver Tolliver, Alevvian Hogan and Jaden Birdow.
