“maj. williams was a tower of support when my husband died in 2019. as my army liason he came with me to nyc for a memorial service that i was terrified to go to. nyc was where my husband & i met and spent out first 4 years together. i was so afraid that the cascade of memories were going to be too much for me to handle. but maj. williams made everything about that trip OK for me in a million ways & i will always be eternally grateful. he was such a good person. my heart goes out to his family.”
