Lenoir III (Kathy); his brothers, Langston University Occupation and Businessman; his wife Bernice Maxine Hicks; his siblings, Michael Lenoir (Diane) and Nancy Lenoir; his grandchildren, Garland Lenoir, IV, Jeffrey Gaulding (Emilee), Christian Lenoir, Brianna Gaulding, Darryl Hill, Gabrielle Lenoir and Elana Banks; his great grandchildren, Caiden Lenoir and Charlotte Gaulding; his parents, Garland Lenoir, Sr. and Doris Willingham Lenoir; and his siblings, Geraldine Lenoir, Kenneth Lenoir and Patricia Lenoir. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and extended family.
