He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis Madole (Buck) and Eloise Madole; and his wife Sally French. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Madole (Rick Harper) of Edmond and Kam Belton of Stuart; his grandchildren, Katelyn and Bradbury Belton of Fort Worth; his son Kourtney Lewis of Oklahoma City; and his sister Penny James (Ralph) of Plano, Texas. He is also survived by friends and Vaquero brothers.
