She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Stein and Dora Stein (White); her grandson Tyler D. Smith; and her brother Larry Stein. She is survived by: her husband Tom Powell; her daughter Jeannette; her son-in-law Jerry Smith of Prague, OK; her son Barry; her daughter-in-law DeLynn Powell of Tecumseh, OK; her grandchildren, Kristen Bean (Randy) and Robert Powell; her great grandchildren, Aiden Bean and Benson Powell; and her sisters, Freda Mullen Dore of Wellston, OK and Wanda Guthrie of Kerns, TX. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
The family request that memorial contributions be made to the Tyler D. Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund at BancFirst in Prague or Terrell Insurance in Prague in lieu of flowers.
