He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl and Dorothy Pearl Smith (Middleton); and his wife Darlene Marie Smith. He is survived by: his children, Terri Lynn Nail of Pauls Valley, OK, Kerri Lynette Andrews of Shawnee, OK and Jonathan Kent Smith of Macomb, OK. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
