He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Thornburg and Jackie Thornburg (Underwood); and his brother Leroy Thornburg. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Thornburg of Shawnee; his children, Joseph Thornburg of Shawnee and Bailey Thornburg (Ryan) of Broken Arrow; his grandson Kevin Thornburg of Shawnee; and his siblings, Shirley Scott, John Thornburg (Sue), Mike Thornburg (Linda), Jody Thornburg and Darlene Tolbert (Colleen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cooper Funeral Home (210 W Walnut St, Tecumseh, OK 74873).
