She was predeceased by: her parent Daniel Miller; her husband Alfred Hook; and her siblings, Daniel M. Miller, Shirley Gibbons and Charles Ronald Miller.

She is survived by: her parent Fern Self Miller; her children, Jane, Danny, Jackie Vernon (Rick), Darrell, Janice and Jason (Amy); and her siblings, Connie Hoy, Nancy Patterson, Brenda Hampshire and Paul Miller. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
