He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene William and Annie Opal Hascall (Fletcher); his son Allan Ray Hascall; his grandson Matthew Allan Hascall; his siblings, Pauline Jenkins, Pansy Harjo and Don Hascall; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Thompson, Lloyd Crowe, Jimmy Barnett, Ronald Barnett and Carol Hascall.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Hascall; his granddaughter Staci Hascall (Chris Bellinger); his daughter-in-law Michelle Wilkerson (Dave); his great grandchildren, Morgan and Mari Bellinger; his siblings, Johnnie Hascall (Janet), Bill Hascall (Ann), Harvey Hascall, Mary Crowe, Daisy Thompson and Margaret Rains; and his sisters-in-law, Marquetta Killgore (Jerry) and Valerie Fowler (Darrell Fowler). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
