She is survived by: her son Mike; her daughter-in-law Lorie Ballard of Tecumseh, OK; her daughter Brenda; her son-in-law Andy Self of Midwest City, OK; her grandchildren, Michelle, Keith, Mickey and Leah; her great grandchildren, Liam, Camryn, Zoey, Rylee, Kassidy, Alyssa, Ady, Bridgette and Jetta; and her brothers, Pete, Gary and Terry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
