She was predeceased by: her parents, Sampson Wade and Joise Wade (Fobb); and her siblings, Sammie Williams and Sam Wade. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Longhorn, I; her sons, Leonard Wayne Longhorn, II of Farmington, NM and Lance Longhorn of Stillwater, OK; her grandchildren, Lydell Longhorn and A. J. Longhorn; and her siblings, Anna Coser, Patti Wade, Terrance Wade and Forest K. Wade. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
