He is survived by: his wife Bernice Starr; his children, Leland Blanchard of Little Axe and Sandra Blanchard; his son-in-law Tommy White Thunder of Shawnee; his daughter Rikki Blanchard of Little Axe; his grandchildren, Devin Leitka (Lucia McKinney), Macklyn Leitka, Leland Blanchard, Jr., Leadra Blanchard, Sheldon White Thunder, Shelby White Thunder and Shelsie White Thunder; his great grandchildren, Bryson Blanchard, Jensen Blanchard, Elliana Tackett, NaKiaus White Thunder, NaNami White Thunder, Praise Leitka and Tristan Smith-Leitka; and his siblings, Duke Blanchard, Fredith of Little Axe, Redina Miller, Glen of Norman and Glendine Blanchard of Little Axe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
