He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Edward and Lois Fern Spoon (Washington). He is survived by: his sister Loretta; his brother-in-law Cecil Mann of Macomb, OK; his brother Samuel Spoon; his sister-in-law Tracy Cage of Tecumseh, OK; his nephew Joel (Stephanie Spoon); his great-nephew Canaan Spoon; and his great-nieces, Paisley and Raelee Spoon. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
