He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Barnett (Dorothy) and Carolyn Phelps Parks of Tecumseh; his wife Elizabeth Ann Moore; his pet Winnie Woo Woo; his children, Tahnee Elizabeth, Taryn Raylee Barnett and Taylor Wayne; his daughter-in-law Morgan Barnett of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Charlie Ray Barnett and Grady Wayne Barnett of Shawnee; his sister Kimberly; his brother-in-law Scott Baugh of Alva, Oklahoma; his nephew Brady Baugh (Jones); his niece Kathryn Baugh of Hardtner, KS; his parents-in-law, Dick and Frances Moore of Tecumseh; his brother-in-law Richard Moore of Tecumseh; and his uncle Todd Wilson.
