He is survived by: his wife Jami Moery; his mother Janet Moery Macmillan (Richard Macmillan) of Shawnee; his brother Jim (Marilyn Moery) of Edmond; his children, Jordan, Allison and Abigail Moery of Tecumseh; and his stepdaughters, Allyson and Kylie Spiva.
