He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Elwood Hall, Sr. and Lillian Hall (Kime). He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Ann Hall; his children, Hal (Yolanda Hall), Kevin Hall of Texas, Chris Hall, Paula Sue (David Woolf), Cindy Hall of Texas and Courtney Hall; his stepdaughters, Ginger Broomes, Stephanie Crooks of Okarche, OK and Lisa Crooks-Haynes of Stroud, OK; and his brother Russell D. Hall of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and other extended family members and friends.
