He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sturgis and Linda Sturgis (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Frances L. Henson; his daughter Mary; his son-in-law Walter Sheffield of Norman, OK; his grandchildren, Thor Sheffield, Guy C. Sheffield and Robert I. Sheffield; and his great grandchildren, Lynn, Thor, Ellen and Sophia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
