She was predeceased by: her father Steven DeWayne; and her grandparents, Ed and Danna Smith. She is survived by: her parent Karrie Lynne Smith Sisk; her children, Chad Graham, Karrie-Elaine Tennille Graham, Olivia Elizabeth Deaton, Ada and Shai Lynne Nettles of Kansas; her stepfather Tommy Deaton of Stonewall; her siblings, Sandy Motl, Danna Carrel, Chris Funberg, Steven Sisk, Ryan Carrel, Jeff Deaton and Moore; her grandchildren, Easton, KaiLynn, Allisyn and Graden; her nephews, James Sisk and Garrett Sisk; her niece Bellamia; and her great-nephews, James and Jaxson Sisk.
