He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Gambill and Bernice Gambill (Tatum). He is survived by: his wife Ava Gambill; his sons, Gregory (Kellie Gambill), Jason (Nancy Gambill) and Joshua Gambill (Corrie Hendrix); and his sister Sharen Polkinghorne of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
