He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zack Coy and Lola Mae Carter (Smith) of Tecumseh; his brother Zackary Earl Carter; his wife Joy; his daughter April; his son-in-law Cory Bugg of Tecumseh; his sons, Chance, Emilee Carter of Tecumseh, Jason and Brandie Carter of Tecumseh; his siblings-in-law, Jan and Craig Wright of Point Arena, CA; his grandchildren, Braxton, Madison Bugg, Braylee Bugg, Ellee Carter, Levi Carter, Blake Carter, Zackary Carter, Britlie Carter and Braelynn Carter; and his great grandchildren, Miley Bugg and Briar Bugg. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
