It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Carter of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, born in Seminole, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carter and Laura Carter (Parsons). He is survived by: his wife Debra Carter; his children, Kelly (Jared Gibson), Kim Carter of Eufaula, OK, Kristi McInturff of Konawa, OK, Karri Zito of Henryetta, OK, Misti McGee of Tulsa, OK, Shawna (Chad Trahan), Delana Carter of Tecumseh, OK, David, Givonna Carter of Meeker, OK, Jarod and Shanda Hile of Seminole, OK; and his sister Shirley Warden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to an account that has been set up in Frank and Debra Kay Carter's name at First United Bank.
