He is survived by: his wife Francine Cash; his sons, Todd Cash (Donna) and Steve Cash (Summer); his stepson Chris Mayfield (Traci); his grandchildren, Lindsay Draper, Taylor Owens, Ryan Cash, Gunner Cash, Jacob Cash, Dawson Cash, Logan Cash, Sawyer Cash, Shelby Trent, Aislinn Mayfield and Dillon Mayfield; his great grandchildren, Riley, Remi, Sadie, Maddox, Maddison and McKinley; and his brother Carl Cash of Wynnewood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
