He is survived by: his wife Marsha Binau; and his children, Marty Binau of Tecumseh, OK, Rhonda Revels of Ponca City, OK and Julie Moon of Prague, OK. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
The family has requested that memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 in lieu of flowers.
