He is survived by: his wife Marquita "Sissy" Davis; his children, Brent Taylor (Katie) of Concord, NC and Melissa Duke (James Sr.) of Shawnee, OK; his grandchildren, James "Jimmy" Jr., Timothy and Daisy Duke; his brother Carl Davis; his nephews, Derek (family: Darrel), Jimmy Davis (Shelly) and Kenny Davis (Sabrina); his niece Jessica Hollis; his sons, Dylan, Kyler and Milton Davis (Karen); his grandchildren, Keven (family: Cory, Kari Dahlke) and Jerry Davis; his sisters, Kaye Barker (Lee) and Veronica Melson; his nephews, Tyler and Bryan; and his niece Charity.
