He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Jean Henderson and Charles Henderson; his stepfather Mervin Hey; his siblings, Charles Henderson, Nancy Henderson, Kenneth Henderson and Diane Poteet; his former wife Linda Routen; and his children, Kenneth Henderson (Kenny) and Anna Dillon (Henderson).

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cortney Bales of Oklahoma City and Cody Skye of West Haven, Utah.; his sisters, Janet Tollefson (Gary Tollefson), Joan Skoog (Daryl Skoog), Myrna Fountain (Joe Fountain) and Debbie Yandell (Steve Yandell); his daughter Shelly Fazio of Okahoma City; his son-in-law Steve Fazio; his daughter Trisha Routen of Pink; and his son-in-law Michael Wohnoutka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
