He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Patrick and Letha Lee Burnside, Jr. (Monday); his wife Bonnie Burnside; and his sister Cloyann. He is survived by: his daughter Alecia; his son-in-law Delbert Roller of Tecumseh, OK; his son Patrick Burnside, IV; his daughter-in-law Danielle Fox of Clermont, FL; his grandchildren, Chance, Mason, Jon, Criss, Stephanie, Joseph and Sara; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Jacklyn, Daisey, Wyatt and Braxton; and his sisters, Donna and Letha Lee. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
