He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Campbell and Iva Campbell; his former wife Elva Campbell; his siblings, Dorothy, Fern and Jerry; and his children, Douglas Campbell and Pamela Horn.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Campbell; and his children, Terry Campbell (Katherine) of Tecumseh, Kimberly Markland (Ric) of Jones and Debra Casey of Iowa Park, Texas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
