He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonna Beam. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Spurlock and Donald Beam; his grandsons, Eric Spurlock, Justin Beam and Jared Beam; and his great grandchild Kaylynn Spurlock. He is also survived by two sisters, a brother.
