She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Cook (Vinson) and Marla Ward of Tamaha, OK.; her grandchildren, Cortney Welch (Jamie), Hannah, Adam Shouse (Madison), Bryson Cook, Rose Nash (Dustin) and Amy Burman (Tyler) of Calera, OK.; her great grandchildren, Blade Miller, Aubree Nash, Jaxon Burman, Jagger Burman, Ali Welch, Phalyn Welch and Jace Welch; and her siblings, Troy Smith (Mary), David Smith (Angela) and Betty Phillips (Vernon) of VanBuren, AR.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.
