It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Kay Stafford of Taloga, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Cecil Young; and her siblings, Arla James, Leatha Mayberry and Keith Young. She is survived by: her former husbands, Gerald James and Scott VanZandt; her husband Curtis Stafford; her children, Rodney James (Lesley) of Sand Springs, OK, Justin VanZandt of Sand Springs, OK and Heather Stidham (Derrick) of Taloga, OK; her mother Jewel Young of Taloga, OK; her siblings, Karen Sperling of Broken Arrow, OK and Steve Young of Putnam, OK; and her grandchildren, Noah James, Caleb James, Gracie Stidham, Brock VanZandt and Kamron Stidham. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
