He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hinton and Bettye Elizabeth Hinton (Willis); and his daughter Amy Hinton. He is survived by: his wife Diana Hinton; his children, Nicole (Ryan Brown) of Seabrook, TX and Timothy Hinton of Woodlands, TX; his grandchildren, Kena (Carson Moss) of Vici, OK, Houston (Riley Davis) of Henry, NB., Eli and Connor Brown; his mother-in-law Dorothy Clark of Taloga, OK; his siblings, Richard Hinton (Peggy) of New Mexico, Randy Hinton (Cleo) of California and Shawnee Brubaker (Steve) of California; and his parents-in-law, Coleta Bratten (Keith) of Oklahoma and Butch Clark (Kristie) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great-great niece.
