She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond W. Fuqua and Rosa Fuqua (Hand); her husband Clifford Calkins; her siblings, Doyle Fuqua, Norman Fuqua, Gary Fuqua and Gwendolyn Black; and her grandson Kelby Mercer.
She is survived by: her children, Lennet Pisacka (Kevin) of Taloga, OK, Raymond Calkins of Taloga, OK, Kathy Mercer (Steve) of Thomas, OK and Dewanna Mercer (Mark) of Checotah, OK; her brothers, Russell Fuqua (Sherry) of Seiling, OK, Lael Fuqua (Karen) of Bethany, OK and Keith Fuqua of Canton, OK; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Hartman, Lindsey Schreck, Sheena Calkins, Kelsie Petree, Kaci Miller, Chasta Butler, McKayla Mercer and Matt Mercer. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and a host friends.
