She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Francis Hoyl; her siblings, Lester Hampton, Johnny Hampton and Patsy McIntosh; and her close friend Vivian Earles.
She is survived by: her children, William Carter of Buffalo Valley, OK, Bart Carter of Hugo, OK, Terry Carter (Lori) of Talihina, OK, Suzette Carter of Talihina, OK, Lisa Adams (Alton) of Ft. Towson, OK and Cindy Hinton (Joey) of Tucson, AZ; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Keisha, Kari, Kyleigh, Kurtis, Chelsea, Jared, Justin, Johnathan, Kyle, Dalton, Marty, Ariyanna, Timmy, Woody, Monica, Selena, Becca, Jordan, Austin, Cheyenne, Erin, Ethan, Kylee and Amber. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
