He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Tom Sr. and Inez Shockley; his wife Sandra Tom; and his daughter Sarah Tom. He is survived by: his daughters, Tabitha Swing (John) of Tannehill, OK, Amy Tom of Texas and Erica May (Robert) of Corpus Christi, TX; and his siblings, Bob Wall (Charlene) of Wewoka, OK, Jeremy Tom of Talihina, OK, Sherian Fremont (Charles) of Lubbock, TX and Sherry Jo Tom of Talihina, OK. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
