He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quincy and Christie Belle Lewis Maytubbi; and his siblings, John Wayne Maytubbi, Quincy Maytubbi, Isabelle Ludlow, Eunice Gail Maytubbi and Florence Ann Cameron.
He is survived by: his daughter Janelle Ward (Gene Nelson); his sister Gwendolyn Joyce Maytubbi; his close friend Loretta Axton; his grandchildren, Mandy Garcia, Maleah Shomo, Talia Nelson and Kris Nelson; and his great grandchildren, German Percaz, Kaiser Percaz and Jasper Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
