He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ary and Velma Ary (Folsom); his son Mitchel Ary; and his siblings, Bobby Ary, Jerry Ary and Betty Drizness.
He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Clint Ary (Makayla), Hunter Ary of Talihina, OK., Rebecca Gross and Angel Ary of Quinton, OK.; his siblings, Ricky Ary (Carol) of Quinton, OK, Bonita Mahan, Donna Dunlap (Kenneth), Clydene Shelton (David) and Patsy Garcia (Martin) of McAlester, OK.; and his grandchildren, Layton Stricklin, Ledger Ary, Brandon Viloria, Natalie Burgin and Bricelyn Burgin. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
