He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Robert and Della Elizabeth Upjohn Purcell; and his siblings, Leroy Purcell, Lloyd Purcell, Harold Purcell and Kay Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Katy; his children, Curtis Pettey (Bobbie) of Collinsville, Bryan Purcell (Cindy) of Collinsville, Teri Tatum (Brian) of Chelsea, Darryl Purcell of Bristow, Debbie Roberts (Elmer) of Claremore and Tammy Kahn (Mo) of Tulsa; and his sister Linda Fisher (Bob) of Sapulpa. He is also survived by 30 Grandchildren 27 Great grandchildren.
