He is survived by: his wife Millicent Anita Hendrix; his son Marshal Tolley (Tamara) of Talala; his grandson Hunter Tolley of Talala; his sister Gwynda Robinson of Oologah; his nieces and nephews, Stuart, Michele Robinson of Oologah and Karen Bailey; his great-nephews, Aaron, Joseph, Matthew, Joshua Robinson and Ryker Russell Robinson; and his great-niece Katherine Robinson.
