He is survived by: his mother Babe Addington (Rowley) of Bartlesville; his wife Mary Lou; his sons, Warren Addington (Kelsie) of Wichita, KS and William Addington of Tulsa; his brothers, Jarold Addington (Gladys) and Bill Addington (Janet); and his grandchildren, John David Addington and Nikita Robertson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
