She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Lionell Lewis and Helen Ruth Richter Lewis; and her siblings, LaRoy Lewis and Ruth McMillin. She is survived by: her husband Jess; her daughters, Kim Figgins (Pete) of Fredonia, Debi Wheeler (Chuck) of Claremore and Juli Kilbourn (Bryan) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Amber Ratzlaff (Evan), Joshua Figgins (Amy), Kendra Schulte (Jake), Amy Wheeler, Kelsey Schultz (Nathan), Sarah Mckusick (Matt Kaylene Kilbourn), Christopher Beebe and Chase Kilbourn; her great grandchildren, Ella, Liam, Ian, Addi, Natalie, Nicole, Asher, Ansley, Evey, Lily, Julia, Jaylen, Ellie, Ben and Jett; and her brothers, J. M. "Jack" Lewis Jack (Frances) and Harvey Lewis (Judy).
